Worm drive. This is a common drive method. Motorized rollers are more elegant, but unfortunately they can be purchased at three times the price of small worm drives.

The task of the rows is to periodically store and transport unit loads formed in one shift from the production hall to the warehouse building, ensuring the possibility of continuous posting with a hand forklift and the continuity of collection.

We recommend designing the rows with two track widths according to the two types of pallet sizes to be stored, ensuring the possibility of creating a moving service and taking into account the planned 4100 mm free space that can be built in.

Three storage rows would be created. The operation of the rows is identical. The rows are built from roller units with independent drives. One unit is suitable for storing one stack. The loads should not touch each other during storage. The shipment can be done by forklift or hand pallet truck. The removal of the loads requires a forklift.

The electric operating control of the rows is built into a common cabinet. The rows are started from the front of the cabinet. The rows are equipped with emergency push buttons at both ends. A flashing light and an audible signal warn of the loading.
